FRINSA DEL NOROESTE S.A., data controller of the website (hereinafter, the Controller), provides users with access to this document, intended to fulfil the obligations established in Spain’s Information Society and Electronic Services Act 34/2002, of 11 July 2002 (the ‘Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico’, or ‘LSSICE’), and to inform all users of the website with regard to the conditions of use.
Access to and use of the website attributes “User” status to the person so acting, and entails full, explicit and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions, as in force at the time of access. If the user does not fully understand these conditions of use, or does not agree with them, they should refrain from using and operating via this website.
These general conditions solely and exclusively govern the use of the website of the Controller by users accessing and/or browsing via www.grupofrinsa.com. These general conditions are shown on each and every one of the pages of the website www.grupofrinsa.com to allow users to read, print and archive them.
The Controller reserves the right to amend any type of information that might appear on the website, including the information contained in this legal notice, without there being any obligation to give prior notice or to inform users of such amendments in advance.

2. Conditions of access and use
Usage of the website of the Controller is free of charge and does not require prior user registration. In those cases where access to and/or use of certain services and/or content requires registration or subscription by users, they will be required first to accept the corresponding specific Privacy Policy and General Conditions. Access will not be possible without such acceptance.
The conditions of access and use of this website are governed strictly by the legislation in force and by the principle of good faith, the user undertaking to make proper use of the website. The Controller will not be liable for any damage or loss that might result from such access to or use of the information contained on this Website.
Any acts in breach of rights or interests of the Data Controller and/or third parties (right of privacy, data protection, intellectual property, etc.) or the legislation in force are forbidden.
The Controller explicitly prohibits the following in particular:
- Perform any actions that could cause any type of harm to the systems of the Controller or of third parties, on or via the website by any means.

The Controller may interrupt access to its website at any time if it detects use in breach of the law, good faith, or these general conditions, reserving the right to take any action permitted in Law in order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Controller.
3. Contents
The content included on this Website has been produced and included by the Controller using internal and external sources, such that the Controller accepts liability only for the content generated internally. In this regard, the Controller does not guarantee nor accept any liability for the proper functioning of any links which may be included to third-party websites.
Furthermore, in the event that the Website provides Users with access to services offered free of charge and/or for payment by external third parties, these shall be governed by the specific conditions applicable to such services. The Controller does not in any event warrant the accuracy, precision or updated status of the content and services offered by third parties, and is explicitly released from any type of liability as a result of any damages or harm that might result from a lack of accuracy in such contents and services.
4. Liability disclaimer
The Controller undertakes to dedicate its best efforts to keep this Website updated and with precise information, and furthermore to protect its systems against any form of unlawful use, applying appropriate technical and organisational measures for this purpose.
Nonetheless, it will not be liable for any direct and/or indirect harm suffered by a user of the website as a result of use of the website.
In particular, the Controller will under no circumstances be responsible for:
- Any failures and incidents that might occur in communications, deletion or incomplete transfers, with no warranty thus being given that the website services will be constantly operational.
- Any losses derived from inaccuracies or incomplete data, or any resulting from problems caused by or inherent to the distribution of information via the Internet, such as interruptions or failures.
- Any loss suffered as a result of the use of data, advice or ideas provided by the Controller, or the content of the webpages referred to via hyperlinks or other references.
- The generation of any type of harm that users or third parties might cause on the website.
- The reliability and accuracy of the information entered on the website by third parties, either directly or through links.
The Controller reserves the right to suspend access without prior notice on a discretionary basis, either definitively or temporarily, until effective liability has been established for any damage that might be caused.
The Controller will furthermore proceed immediately to eliminate any content that is in breach of Spanish, EU or international legislation, morality or public policy, expeditiously removing the forwarding link to the website in question, and notifying the competent authorities as to the contents in question. In this regard,
the Controller will collaborate with and notify the competent authority regarding any of the aforementioned incidents as soon as it receives confirmed notice that the damages occasioned constitute any type of unlawful activity.
5. Intellectual property rights
The website, including, by way of example, without being confined thereto: the content, its programming, publication, compilation, the designs, logos, text and/or graphics and other elements required for the functioning of the website, are fully protected by copyright and related rights, and also by intellectual property regulations (and in particular, by International Treaties in this matter signed by Spain, and by Royal Decree-Act 1/1996, and subsequent amendments thereto; and also by Directive (EU) 2019/790 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 17 April 2019, on copyright and related rights within the single digital market). In this regard, the Controller is the owner thereof, or where applicable holds an explicit authorisation or licence from the authors, any total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, marketing, communication, distribution and transformation of the aforementioned protected elements being explicitly forbidden, without the explicit consent of the Controller, irrespective of the intended purpose. Any use without prior authorisation is a serious breach of the intellectual property rights of the author.
The designs, logos, text and/or graphics and any other work or protected asset not belonging to the Controller and that might appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are responsible for any possible dispute which might arise with regard thereto. The Controller expressly authorises third parties to redirect directly to the specific contents of the website, and in all cases to redirect to the main website www.grupofrinsa.com
Both graphical and written materials that might be sent by users via the means made available on the website are the property of the user, who asserts legitimate rights as author upon sending them, and assigns reproduction and distribution rights to the Controller.
Access to and use of the Website and its content by Users does not constitute any type of waiver, transfer or assignment, in whole or in part, of the intellectual property rights of the Controller, nor does it grant any right of exploitation of any kind to the Users regarding such content, except for the purposes provided in this Legal Notice, or where exclusively necessary for the User properly to browse the website.
The User undertakes to access and browse the Website, and to use its content, without in any case breaching the rights referred to in the previous paragraph, and to use the Website exclusively for private use. The User shall refrain from performing any activity that is in breach of the intellectual property rights of the Controller, or of any third parties referred to on the Website In the event of any infringement of the aforementioned rights, the User must hold the Controller harmless, without any economic limit, regarding any claims for damages, whether in or out of court, or administrative penalties, including reasonable fees of lawyers and court agents and court tariffs associated therewith that might be brought as a result of the breach by the User, all the foregoing without prejudice to a claim for any damages that all the foregoing might cause to the Controller.

6. Jurisdiction and applicable laws
These general conditions will be governed by Spanish laws. Jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or conflict resulting from these general conditions lies with the Courts of Ribeira, the user explicitly waiving any other legal forum to which they might have been entitled, unless the applicable regulations establish the jurisdiction of other Courts for these purposes.
In the case of consumers, the legislation in force allows them to choose to file a claim to assert their rights regarding these conditions with the court or courts corresponding to their home address.
7. Miscellaneous
If any clause of this document is declared null and void, the other clauses will remain valid and be interpreted in accordance with the intention of the parties and the inherent purpose of these conditions. The Controller may refrain from exercising any rights and powers granted by this document, which shall not in any way be construed as a waiver thereof, unless explicitly so recognised by the Controller.
