The fair for high-end products reaches its 33rd edition
Frinsa will be present at a new edition of the Gourmets Hall, which reaches its 33rd edition, and which will take place at IFEMA (Madrid), from April 8th to 11th.
During the four days that this International Fair for Quality Food and Beverages lasts, one of the most prestigious in the world of its kind, the Frinsa team, located in Hall 4 at stands 4-10, will receive national and international visitors who come in search of the latest news in high-end products.
In addition, it will be during the Gourmets Hall, when the winner of the V edition of the gastronomic contest, “Talentos en Conserva”, will be announced. This contest is aimed at hostelry, cooking and catering students from all over Spain, and its jury is chaired by chef Pepe Solla, who will be accompanied by the gastronomic critic and president of Madrid Fusion, José Carlos Capel; Guillermina Bravo, executive director of Montagud Editors that is responsible for the APICIUS haute cuisine notebook; the gastronomer Alejandra Ansón and Lydia Del Olmo, winner of the II Edition of the contest and current head of the aperitifs and sweets section of the Michelin Star and three “Soles Repsol” restaurant: Casa Solla.
