After the success of the previous edition, Frinsa returns this 2022 to the 35th edition of the Salón Gourmets fair to be held in Madrid from April 25-28 at the IFEMA fairgrounds. Currently, the Salón Gourmets fair is the number one in quality food and beverage fairs in Europe and is also a world reference in events of this category.

With 34 editions behind it and a clearly commercial spirit, the Salón Gourmets is the perfect showcase and scenario for the meeting of national and international professionals of the sector, being, for many, the event of the year. It is also an opportunity for attendees to enjoy a morning of quality and discover new brands and products.

As in the previous edition, Frinsa will have its own stand, located in Hall 4 Stand 4A10, with an innovative design different from other editions and inspired by sustainability, which supports the values of the brand. As in previous years, the Frinsa stand will showcase its various own-brand product ranges, such as its gourmet range Frinsa La Conservera, its healthy range Frinsa Proteína Natural and its Minerva range of gourmet Portuguese canned products, offering a wide assortment of top-quality canned seafood products and canned poultry.

In addition, this year the Frinsa stand will offer its professional customers a showcooking given by the Galician Michelin-starred chef Pepe Solla, as well as interactive elements where attendees will be able to compete for different prizes throughout the fair. The showcooking will take place on April 26 from 14:00-15:00 and will consist of 5 tapas prepared in situ with Frinsa La Conservera and Minerva brand products.

A few days before the event and with the final preparations underway, everything points to the fact that this year the Frinsa stand will be a point of reference at the Salón Gourmets 2022.
