Next April 17-20, as every year, Frinsa will be participating as an exhibitor at the 36th edition of the Salón Gourmets fair, held at the IFEMA fairgrounds in Madrid. This is the number one Food and Beverage Fair in Europe and, for many professionals in the sector, the event of the year.

After 35 editions, there is no doubt that the Salón de Gourmets is one of the most prestigious showcases in the world of high-end food and beverages, being one of the most visited platforms and a meeting point for national and international professionals in the sector. In its last edition, the fair registered a total of 80,421 professional visitors, 1,611 exhibitors, 10,443 foreign buyers and an exhibition area of 45,636 square meters, figures that are expected to exceed this next edition in which attendees can enjoy a host of activities, such as gastronomic championships or showcookings.

As last year, Frinsa will have its own design stand, inspired by sustainability and located in Hall 4 Stand 4 A10. As a novelty, this year Frinsa will present its participation as sponsor of the MTHelmets-Msi Moto3 team, as well as its range of gourmet canned seafood products under its various own brands: the Frinsa La Conservera gourmet line, the Minerva range of canned Portuguese products and the Frinsa Proteína Natural healthy line.

This year, Frinsa will also offer a showcooking at its stand performed by the Michelin star chef Pepe Solla and with the participation of one of its drivers: Diogo Moreira, the young promise of motorcycling and one of the favorites to win the world championship this year. On April 19 at 13:00h we will be able to see them cooking together different dishes prepared with Frinsa La Conservera and Frinsa Proteína Natural products, specially designed to eat like a gourmet athlete.

A few days before the event and with the final preparations underway, everything points to the fact that this year the Frinsa’s stand will be a point of reference at the Salón Gourmets 2023.
