From 13 to 16 April 2026, the 39th edition of Salón Gourmets, the International Fine Food and Drinks Fair, was held at IFEMA Madrid. The event brought together manufacturers, distributors and professionals from gastronomy and hospitality to present their products and learn about the latest trends in the sector. Frinsa was once again present at this important event, showcasing its range of canned fish and seafood.

Salón Gourmets 2026 brought together 1,993 exhibitors and welcomed 110,154 trade visitors, across an exhibition area of 66,000 m². Over the four days of the fair, more than 55,000 products were presented and more than 800 activities took place, including tastings, competitions and professional meetings, consolidating the event as one of the leading international showcases for quality food.

Frinsa had its own stand, where it presented a selection of its products and devoted a prominent space to SOLO. Visitors were able to get a close look at the company’s different proposals, in an environment designed to showcase its canned products and facilitate contact with retail and food service professionals.

The 2026 edition once again highlighted the importance of Salón Gourmets as a meeting point for the food sector. For Frinsa, taking part was an opportunity to give visibility to its products, strengthen its business relationships and keep bringing its canned products to new customers and markets.
